Track your order

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 3–4 weeks in total, with tracking.

Follow your parcel

  1. Order confirmed

    You receive an order confirmation email right after checkout, with a link to your order status page.

  2. Shipped

    When your pan leaves, a second email gives you the tracking number and a tracking link. Open it any time to see where your parcel is.

  3. Delivered

    Tracking shows “Delivered”? Check with neighbours, your mailbox or parcel locker, and your local post office.

Can't find it?

No shipping email after 5 business days, or nothing delivered after 4 weeks? Write to us with your order number and we’ll find it.
